Expert plans vs scenes: configure once, run many events
Orgs often ask: what did we buy? Psyio’s answer: the plan gives expert-plan quota and session grants; you configure experts, then open scenes from them.
Educational support — not diagnosis, treatment, or prescription.
Three layers
Mixing layers confuses “edit the coach” with “start a new event”.
- Skill: a provisionable pack with provenance and metering
- Expert plan: persona + method + skill mix; consumes active expert quota
- Scene: one run of that expert — code, roster, pricing, runs
Suggested workflow
One expert can power many scenes. New class or shift → new scene, not a new expert.
- Provision a plan → confirm entitled skills
- Configure experts (e.g. workplace coach, class screen)
- Create a scene on that expert → roster → share the code
- Archive unused experts to free quota; participants do not count
How quota works
Expert-plan quota is how many experts you can keep active — not participant headcount, and not console sub-accounts.
FAQ
Do I need a new expert for every event?
Usually no. Experts are plans; scenes are events. One “workplace coach” expert can run sales this week and engineering next — create a scene each time.
Can I open a scene from a skill without an expert?
Yes — the system auto-creates or reuses a single-skill expert. For multi-skill personas, configure explicitly on the Experts page.
